There will always be more than one team member working on your matter. This is to ensure that the progress of your matter is not affected due to any eventuality. Regardless of who works on your matter, there will always be a qualified solicitor supervising the conduct of your matter. Every file at Trent Law Solicitors is conducted by a named fee earner and supervised by a qualified solicitor. You are told at the outset who is handling your matter, what their qualification is, who supervises them, and who will cover the file if they are away, and you are given a direct telephone number and email address rather than a general enquiry line. Our property work is supervised personally by our Senior Partners. If at any point you wish to speak to the supervising solicitor, you may ask and it will be arranged.
